Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Onchain Digital Service respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws, we will respond to proper notifications of claimed copyright infringement.

  1. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

  1. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their access to the site and/or services terminated.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
